CHOCOLATE CAKE

Chocolate cake with coconut cream and berries, the perfect dessert for all ages!
INGREDIENTS
Cake:
- 3 eggs
- 2dl Use like sugar
- 3 tsp baking powder
- 3 dl flour
- 75 g melted butter
- 1 dl water
- 75 g Dark chocolate
Topping:
- 4 coconut cream (should be very cold) when whipped
- 5 drops of Vanilla stevia drops
- 1 tbsp Chocolate drink
DO THIS:
Chocolate cake:
Line the inside of the mold with baking paper first mix the eggs and use like sugar with an electric whisk then stir in the remaining ingredients! and bake at 175 degrees. A regular sponge cake but the sugar is replaced with use like sugar. Divide the sponge cake into three parts to make levels with cream in between.
Topping:
4 packets of coconut cream (important that it has been in the fridge before and is really cold when whipped. Garnish with fresh berries then ready to serve!
