- 1 dl Chocolate drink
- 3 tsp baking powder
- 1 1/2 bicarbonate of soda
- 6 drops Stevia vanilla
- 150 g Milk chocolate
- 50 g Dark chocolate
- 3 eggs
- 2.5 dl Use like sugar
- 1.5 dl rapeseed oil
- 3 dl milk
METHOD:
Preheat the oven to 175 degrees. Whisk the eggs and Use like sugar together in a bowl so that the eggs become porous. Next, mix the milk, rapeseed oil and vanilla-flavored stevia drops. Mix all the dry ingredients together in another bowl, then add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture and stir together until it becomes a firm batter. Chop the chocolate and add to the batter, stirring gently so that the chocolate pieces retain their size.
Place about 12 muffin tins on a baking sheet and spread the batter into the tins. Then bake the muffins for about 12-15 minutes in the middle of the oven.
