HEALTHY SUGAR-FREE GRANOLA

A delicious recipe for healthy homemade granola without sugar! The best part of making your own granola is that you can make a healthier version with the seeds and nuts you prefer. Plus, your kitchen will be filled with wonderful aromas as the granola bakes in the oven.
INGREDIENTS
- 3 dl oatmeal
- 3 dl rye flakes
- 1 dl sunflower seeds
- 1/2 dl flax seeds
- 1 dl coconut flakes
- 3/4 dl Use like sugar
- 2 tsp cinnamon
- 1/2 dl water
- 1 tbsp oil
- 3 tbsp Fiber Honey
INSTRUCTIONS
In a bowl, combine the
oats, rye flakes, sunflower seeds, flaxseeds, coconut, Use Like Sugar, and
cinnamon. Mix the water and oil in a separate bowl, then pour this mixture over
the dry ingredients. Stir well, using your hands if necessary to ensure everything
is coated. Spread the mixture onto a baking sheet and drizzle Fiber Honey over
it. Toast the granola in the oven for 15-20 minutes at 200°C.
Once the granola has
cooled, you can add extras like dried apples or cranberries, depending on your
preference! A tip: add the desiccated coconut halfway through baking to avoid
burning.

perfect for breakfast or a snack—completely free from added sugar.
