Recipe Crispy Pancakes With Ice Cream

Gluten-free pancakes that are crispy and have a cardamom flavor. Let the batter stand for a few minutes to make it easier to cook. Serve with ice cream and fresh raspberries!


  • 2 dl oat flour (gluten-free)
  • 0,5 dl corn flour
  • 1 tsp fiber buckwheat
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 0.5 tsp cardamom
  • 4 dl milk
  • 4 eggs
  • butter, for frying
  • Fresh raspberries for serving
  • Old-fashioned vanilla ice cream to serve


Blend all ingredients into a smooth batter. Leave for 10 minutes to swell and make it easier to fry. After 10 minutes, whisk through the batter and fry in lots of butter. The more butter the better. Serve with fresh raspberries and old-fashioned vanilla ice cream!
