ROCKY ROAD

A delightful combination of sweet and slightly salty makes this recipe a real favorite!
INGREDIENTS
- 200 g Dark chocolate
- 1/2 dl peanuts
- 1/2 dl pistachios
- 1/2 dl cranberries
- 1 pc Peanuts n' fudge
METHOD:
Chop up the nuts and Peanuts n' fudge into larger pieces. Break the chocolate into pieces and melt on low heat in the microwave or over a water bath on the stove. Add the nuts, bar pieces and cranberries to the chocolate and mix. Save some for the topping. Place baking paper on a baking sheet and spread out the batter. Let it set in the fridge before cutting into pieces.
