Whether it is GI (glycemic index), keto, low carb, LCHF (low carb high fat) or if you count net carbohydrates, all our products are developed to give as low a rise in blood sugar as possible. And since carbohydrates affect your block sugar, we always strive for our products to contain as low levels of carbohydrates as possible.

If you want to find out how many net carbs a product contains, subtract carbs minus polyols (the type of sugar that doesn't affect your blood sugar) to get the correct number of net carbs.
