FAQs

  • As soon as you have paid and completed your purchase, an order confirmation will be sent to you. Once the goods have left our warehouse, an update is also sent to your email with your delivery information, from there you can track your package. It takes an average of 1-3 days from the time you place your order until the goods reach you.

  • You will receive your receipt in connection with the order confirmation sent out when you have completed your purchase. Look in your inbox or in your junk mail.

  • We offer the most common payment options, from Klarna to Apple and Google Pay as well as VISA and MasterCard.

  • We will send you several reminders and if you still do not pick up the package, it will be sent back to our warehouse. If this happens, contact our customer service and we'll sort it out.

  • In the unlikely event that you received the wrong item(s), please take a picture and send it to our customer service at support.eu@nicks.com. We will help you and make sure you get the right products.

  • Once you have completed your payment and you have reached our confirmation page, you will also receive an order confirmation email to the email address you provided during payment. If you have not received a confirmation e-mail, please contact our customer service at support.eu@nicks.com.

  • When your order arrives at the delivery point/service point, a notification is sent via SMS to the phone number you provided when placing the order.

  • When you confirm your order, an order number is automatically created to make the delivery as efficient and fast as possible. Thus, we cannot guarantee that we will have time to delete or change your order. Contact our customer service at support.eu@nicks.com and we will help you further.

  • We calculate shipping costs at checkout depending on your delivery method. We also offer free shipping when you exceed a certain order limit.

  • You do not need to have a registered account with us to be a customer. However, there are many advantages to registering as a customer on nicks.se. Then you can check out faster at the checkout, see historical orders and get exciting offers sent to you.

  • Our ice cream is available in most grocery stores in Sweden such as Willys, ICA, Hemköp, etc. We are everywhere and if you can't find us, let us know!

  • Normally, your goods are shipped on the same day or the day after your order. Then it takes a few days for the goods to reach you. The total delivery time is therefore about 1-3 working days for Sweden and 3-5 working days for other European countries.

  • All products sold on our website (e.g. merchandise, caps, etc.) are subject to a 14-day right of withdrawal. However, please note that products that are classified as food (bars, sweeteners, etc.) cannot be returned for hygiene reasons according to the Distance Contracts Act.
