ROASTED ALMONDS

Burnt almonds are really easy to make and very tasty.
Perfect for mulled wine!
INGREDIENTS
- 1,5 dl Use like sugar
- 200 g sweet almonds
- ½ dl water
METHOD:
Toast the almonds in a hot, dry frying pan. At the same time, bring Use like sugar and water to the boil in a saucepan. Add the almonds and cook until the almonds begin to crackle and "sweeten". HThen place the almonds on a sheet of baking paper. Separate them carefully with a spoon. Leave to cool!
