CAKE POPS

It doesn't get any simpler than this, and even the kids can help make them. Cake pops are for all ages, young and old.
INGREDIENTS
- 12 straws/sticks or the like
- 4 pcs biscuit bar
- 100 g cream cheese

2-3 tbsp Chocolate drink
Dip in: -
100 g Dark Chocolate
Decorate with the topping of your choice from chopped chocolate, grated coconut, chopped almonds, your choice!
METHOD:
Blend the biscuit bars with a hand blender and mix with the cream cheese and Chocodrink. Roll the dough into balls and place on a plate with baking paper. Melt the dark chocolate, dip one edge of the straw in and press into each ball. Freeze for at least 30 minutes. Melt the chocolate, dip the balls in the chocolate and decorate with the topping of your choice. Allow to set and store in the refrigerator.
