HEALTHY CHOCOLATE MOUSSE WITHOUT ADDED SUGAR

Isn't chocolate everyone's favorite dessert? We love chocolate! Here is a recipe for chocolate mousse that is completely without added sugar, making it a healthier alternative that tastes wonderfully good. Perfect as a festive dessert to serve at parties and celebrations.
INGREDIENTS
- 2 1/5 whipped cream
- 3 tbsp Use like sugar
- 100 g Dark chocolate
- 2 egg yolks
- 1 tbsp water
- Chopped chocolate on top
INSTRUCTIONS:
Start by whipping 1.5 dl of the cream and put it in the fridge to chill. Next, chop the chocolate into smaller pieces and place in a bowl. Bring the rest of the cream to the boil and pour over the chopped chocolate so that it melts into the cream. Stir everything together to make a smooth and fine batter.
Next, bring the water and sugar to the boil and add 2 egg yolks. Remove from the heat and whisk until you get a fine white foam. Add the mixture to the chocolate batter and stir. Then add the whipped cream and stir until it becomes a fluffy mousse-like consistency.
Divide the chocolate mousse into tall festive glasses. Then let the mousse set in the refrigerator for at least 45 minutes before serving.
