CHOCOLATE MOUSSE

Chocolate is everyone's favorite dessert, right? This chocolate mousse is easy to make and tastes delicious!

INGREDIENTS

METHOD:

Chop the chocolate into smaller pieces and place in a bowl.
Whisk 1.5 dl of the cream loosely and chill it.
Bring the rest of the cream to the boil and pour it over the chopped chocolate so that it melts. Stir everything together into a smooth batter.
Bring the sugar and water to the boil and pour it evenly over the egg yolks, whisking vigorously to a fine white foam. Mix the chocolate mixture and the foam, then fold in the whipped cream. Divide the mousse into tall festive glasses. Allow the mousse to set in the fridge for at least 45 minutes.
