Melt the butter and let it cool slightly. Then mix all the ingredients in a bowl until you have a smooth batter. Grease and flour a baking pan.

 

Pour the batter into the pan and place the Soft Toffee pieces on top.

 

Bake the cake in the middle of the oven at 200°C for 10-15 minutes.
