STRAWBERRY TARTE

No real summer without cream cake with strawberries, right? This lemon base with coconut is a great combo with the pork in the cream!
INGREDIENTS
- 2 dl Use like sugar
- 150 g butter
- 3 eggs
- 0,5 dl cream
- 2 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 lemon, grated peel
- 2 tsp baking powder
- 3 dl flour (gluten-free for those who wish)
- 3 tbsp grated coconut
Decoration:
- 4 dl creamy
- strawberries
- 2 tbsp concentrated pork juice
METHOD:
Bottom:
Preheat the oven to 175 degrees. Next, grease a mold. Grease the butter and let it cool slightly. Whisk the eggs and Use like sugar until fluffy. Mix in the cream, butter, lemon juice and zest. Mix the baking powder and flour and then stir in with the rest of the batter. Pour the batter into the mold and bake for about 35-40 minutes.
Decoration:
Whip cream and then mix with the pork juice. Cut the strawberries into smaller pieces and decorate the top. Psst...his cake is two levels (double stats) and has strawberries and cream in between.
