
Recipe: Chocolate hazelnut cream

Homemade chocolate hazelnut cream is one of Marja's most popular and well-clicked recipes. We totally understand why. Chocolate hazelnut cream, also known as Nutella, is a big favorite with young and old alike and is perfect as a topping for pancakes, breakfast sandwiches and many desserts. This recipe has no added sugar, making this version of Nutella both delicious and a healthier alternative.
INGREDIENTS
- 100 g hazelnuts
- 50 g Dark chocolate
- 2 tbsp Fiber syrup
- 1 ½ tbsp coconut oil
- 1 crumb vanilla powder
- Use like sugar to taste
METHOD:
Blend the nuts together in a blender. Melt the chocolate with the coconut oil and stir until the chocolate is melted. Stir in the chocolate mixture and the rest of the ingredients along with the nuts and blend until smooth. Sweeten to taste with Use like sugar.
Refrigerate before serving, preferably overnight to allow the cream to set slightly. Keep refrigerated!
