TRUFFLES WITH ORANGE

Heavenly good truffles, perfect to give away as a Christmas gift!
INGREDIENTS
40 pcs
- 450 g Dark chocolate
- 3 dl whipped cream
- 50 g butter
- Finely grated zest from 2 oranges
- Cinnamon (to roll the truffles in)
METHOD:
Bring the whipped cream and butter to the boil in a saucepan. Chop the chocolate and stir into the pan. Season with finely grated orange peel. Chill and let it set for about 30-40 minutes. Then shape the batter into round chocolate truffles with a spoon. Roll the truffles in cinnamon and then store in the refrigerator.
