Making your own Easter candy should be easy. Here is a recipe for sweet sugar-free marzipan eggs dipped in dark chocolate.
INGREDIENTS
- 75 gr butter
- 2 dl whipped cream
- 1 ½ dl Fiber syrup
- 1 tbsp Chocolate drink
Decoration:
- flake salt
METHOD:
Whisk all the ingredients together in a saucepan and bring to the boil. Simmer for about 50 minutes, stirring with a spoon from time to time (the mixture should be thick and quite viscous). Line a 1.5 liter loaf pan with baking paper and pour in the chocolate caramel. Leave to set in the fridge for a couple of hours. Cut into pieces of the desired size. Store in the refrigerator.
