Recipe Cheesecake With Passion Fruit

Treatyour guests to a luxurious cheesecake with tart notes and the exotic flavor of passion fruit.



  • 4 eggs
  • 3 dl cream
  • 2 dl Use Like Sugar
  • 5-6 drops of vanilla stevia drops
  • Philadelphia, 200 grams
  • 1 package of digestive biscuits
  • 2 dl water
  • 3 tbsp Use Like Sugar
  • 1/2 lime and
  • 2 teaspoons of gelatin powder
  • 4 passion fruits


Whip 3 dl of cream hard. Take 4 eggs - split the white and the yolk - put the yolk in one bowl and the white in another. Mix the yolk with 2 dl Use like Sugar and stevia drops. Stir with an electric whisk and then add 200 grams of Philadelphia, stirring gently. Add the cream and stir gently! Then whip the egg white to a stiff foam and then fold everything together. Take a package of digestive biscuits and run in a blender, place this in the bottom of a springform pan and pour the batter over. Place in the freezer until solidified, this will take about 6 hours.

Boil 2 dl of water with 3 tablespoons of Use Like sugar, squeeze in half a lime and 2 teaspoons of gelatin powder. Finally, add four pieces of passion fruit and leave to cool while the cheesecake is in the freezer. Once the garnish has set, pour it over the cake and put it back in the freezer. Decorate as desired when serving!
