Chocolate chip cookies - a classic American cookie that we all love. These are also sugar-free and gluten-free, what could be better?



Stir together Use Like Sugar and butter. Then mix the eggs, melted coconut oil, stevia drops and salt. Stir together with the butter. Dissolve the oatmeal with two teaspoons of water and then mix into the batter. Add the almond flour and rice flour. Chop the chocolate and knead it into the dough. Shape into balls and place sparsely on a baking sheet. Bake in the oven at 175 degrees for about 13-15 minutes. Let the cookies cool and enjoy with a glass of milk!
