
Recipe: Chocolate Chip Cookies
CHOCOLATE CHIP COOKIES WITHOUT ADDED SUGAR

Chocolate chip cookies are the classic American cookie that we all love. The best thing about this recipe? These cookies are both no sugar added and gluten free but with a great chocolate flavor which makes them even better.
INGREDIENTS:
- 1,5 dl Use like sugar
- 2 eggs
- 50 g butter
- 4 tbsp coconut oil
- 2 dl almond flour
- 2 dl rice flour
- 6 dl gluten-free oatmeal
- 2 tsp baking powder
- 10 Stevia drops vanilla
- 150 g dark chocolate
METHOD:
- Stir together Use Like Sugar and butter.
- Melt the coconut oil and then whisk in the eggs together with Stevia Drops vanilla and a pinch of salt. Then mix with the butter mixture.
- Dissolve the oats with 2 tsp water and mix into the batter.
- Add the almond flour and rice flour and mix to a smooth dough.
- Chop the dark chocolate and gently knead it into the dough.
- Shape the dough into small balls and place them at intervals on a baking sheet lined with baking paper.
- Bake in the middle of the oven at 175°C for 13-15 minutes until the cookies are a nice golden brown color.
Let the cookies cool and serve with a glass of cold milk or eat them straight away, if you can't wait!
